I was out in under 1 hour, and the service manager (sorry, I forget his name) took care of a recall on the truck that I did not even know about saving me a trip back, as I live a good 45 minutes from their dealership having this taken care of for me was a huge plus! Everyone is very professional and kind.

Purchased a 2026 Silverado HD in Cypress Grey from Michael Sforza. It was a great experience from my first internet inquiry, all the way to delivery of the vehicle. Michael was attentive, accommodating, and understanding of my timelines, and worked tirelessly to help make this a smooth experience. He was super responsive to my emails, and phone calls, and I was never left waiting for a call back or email. There diagnostic test was great. The price to change the radiator was crazy. They quoted me 6600. Dollars. I purchased a gm replacement for 480. To replace and flush the system took 3 hours.

My first oil change on my new Silverado. Everything went smoothly. The Service team at Davidson is always pleasant and accommodating. I had almost no wait and was in and out in less than an hour.

Came in for my complimentary oil change after purchasing the truck last year. Tire rotation was supposed to be included and I mentioned that to the service rep. He said yes it is. I marked the tires prior to the visit. Upon completion the tires that not been rotated. The tech then asked the mechanic if he rotated them and the tech flat out LIED and said he did The service adviser then took the truck back into the garage and had the tires properly rotated What is annoying is the mechanic flag out lying

I was looking for a Traverse locally and every time I found one on the internet, they had sold it before I got there. My son referred me there since he bought a truck there. I looked on the internet and saw a Traverse that I liked. I went there to see it and Jonathan showed it to me and went through it good. The staff there was very friendly and Jonathon was not pushy to get a sell. He was doing the numbers for me to take home and decide, but I gave a deposit right then and there. It is a pleasure to do business with the people at Davidson's Chevrolet.

Very professional

On a Sunday morning, out for bagels... We spotted a Black short bed 1500 single cab across the street at Davidson Chevrolet that required a closer look. So while taking a closer look, we also noted someone was mowing the grass there who offered to get the keys and plate to let us take it for a drive. (Come to find out the CEO, Michael!) The truck is exactly what we were looking for, as a daily driver. Jonathan Kubran called us first thing the next morning to set up a face to face. We went over the details and we were happy with all of them . Great Experience for sure all around. We will definatley share our experience and what a great Dealership. No BS and no run around on anything. No pushy extra add ons, etc. Actually listened to what we had to ask and say. Wonderful experience. Well done! Love our new truck. It wasn’t explained to me that because my front brakes were measured at 3mm that my truck failed it’s safety inspection for lease buyout. Rather he just quoted me for front brakes. Also, it was improperly documented on the paperwork that the display showed 20 left when it actually said 22 for the front brakes.

Jonathan was the best salesman I have dealt with my entire life. He was not pressuring me to buy the vehicle. He explained all the purchase options that were available and did all he could to give me the best deal. He was also available on his days off in case I had any questions. When I picked up the vehicle he explained all the features in detail. It was the best car purchase experience I had.
